Trips to Israel

An itinerary in the Holy Land could start with Jerusalem: among the oldest cities in the world, it boasts a vast heritage of religious and historical sites.

The faithful go to the Mount of Olives, to Mount Sion, to the Probatica pool, to the sites of the flagellation, to the Spianata delle Moschee, to the Jewish quarter, to the Wailing Wall and to the Holocaust museum.

With very high emotion they reach the places where the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Christ took place, with particular regard to the complex of the Holy Sepulcher.

Beyond Jerusalem, it is advisable to plan the pilgrimage including Emmaus, Jericho, the Dead Sea, Lake Tiberias, Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and above all Nazareth.

It is here that the Madonna received the Annunciation by the Archangel Gabriel and the remains of her house are still visible.

In Nazareth, where Jesus lived during his childhood, giving the first speeches, we visit the visit to the Basilica of the Annunciation, the Church of St. Joseph, the Synagogue and the Fountain of the Madonna.

Trips to Israel: the necessary documents for a trip to the Holy Land

To enter the Holy Land, Italian citizens need a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

The visa is not essential if the stay does not exceed 90 days of stay.

It should be noted that some countries do not allow access to those who have the Israeli stamp on their passports: for this reason travelers who do not wish to have problems can request the Israeli border authorities not to put stamps in and out of the country.
